Random Stuff from...

one of the best holidays.

This is a field of yellow things located on the bike path around Lake Fayetteville.

We headed to OKC to hang with my sister-in-law and her family.

The Myriad Botanical Gardens downtown was plenty cool for kids and us older types.

The Bricktown Brewery is a classic place to sip on some nice Okie brews or you can just throw ya hands in the air and wave'em like ya just don't care.

Of course, if you have one of these in your laundry room you never need leave your home for local brews. The stout was darn good. Steven has some skills. But who ever poured that stout does not. Errr...umm..okay..that was me.

Titus is all smiles...then...

...disgruntled. Glo stick rage? Then back to...

smiles. Good stuff.

If you look closely you will see a mountain of pancakes in that microwave. Violet just 'kind of' likes pancakes.

The Saturday Ride

This is the view from my handlebar hoods. What kind of handlebars are those?  What kind of bike is this? Double barrel side by side stroller made by Cannondale? Is that the new CAAD10? Di whaaaat? What's up with your front wheel? Looks awfully like a small human. Okay...no ride. More like a stroll. I did find drafting to be pretty easy at the OKC zoo. Tons of out of shape types. Taba and I were crushing other kids left and right. Wheels were hot until the poopy diaper. We didn't have a follow car so who changed the dirty D?

The OKC zoo is great. The kiddos loved it. Sssshhhhh..I did to. My favorite exhibit was the humans. They were everywhere. The zoo just let them roam freely.

A climbing machine.

OKC zoo + kids = KO. BOOM! Down goes Taba.

No segments in the OKC zoo. What gives?

Red Solo cup...I fill you up...it's time to....

???

This house on Lafayette knows what time it is!

Long holiday weekends are the best. When it's the 4th it's even better. Monday after a long holiday 4th of July weekend, not so much.
